Booking Terms & Conditions

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and are all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges. Prices include toll fees, parking fees, and fuel.

Payment
Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination.

Child Seat
Child seats are available for children weighing 9–18 kg at an additional cost of 300 THB per seat.

Stopovers
Stopovers along the route for sightseeing or shopping are available at an additional charge of 300 THB per stop (including up to 1.5 hours of waiting time).

Additional Charges

The following destinations may incur additional fees:

  • Don Mueang Airport (DMK): +200 THB

  • Pranburi (Pak Nam Pran, approx. 35 km south of Hua Hin): +400 THB

  • Sam Roi Yot (Dolphin Bay, approx. 78 km south of Hua Hin): +700 THB

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up time

  • 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours

  • 100% charge for cancellations within 6 hours or last-minute cancellations

No-Show Policy

  • If the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pick-up time and location without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

Waiting Time

  • Airport pick-up: up to 90 minutes free waiting time after flight arrival

  • Hotel or other locations: 15 minutes grace period

  • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges

  • Our reservation team operates daily (GMT+7)

  • All bookings are typically processed on the same day

  • We are open every day, including public holidays
